脂联素与肿瘤坏死因子-α在子痫前期的表达及相关性研究 被引量:3

The expression of adiponectin and TNF-α and their relationship in women with preeclampsia

摘要 目的检测子痫前期患者血清及胎盘中脂联素和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的表达并探讨两者之间的相关性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验及免疫组化法分别检测30例轻度、10例重度子痫前期患者及20例正常孕妇的血清及胎盘中脂联素及TNF-α的表达水平。结果①轻度、重度子痫前期血清TNF-α水平明显高于正常组,而血清脂联素水平明显低于正常组,重度组与正常组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。②重度组胎盘脂联素表达与正常组相比差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01);轻度及重度子痫前期胎盘TNF-α表达显著高于正常组(P<0.05及P<0.01)。③重度组脂联素与TNF-α呈负相关(r=-0.512,P<0.05)。结论脂联素及TNF-α参与子痫前期的发病,且TNF-α可以调节脂联素的水平。 Objective To investigate the serum levels and placental expression of adiponectin and TNF-α in women with preeclampsia and study their relationship. Methods The enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunohistochemitry were used to examine the levels of adiponectin and TNF-α in 20 controls and 30 mild and 10 severse preeclampsias. Results ①The serum levels of TNF-α in women with mild or severe group were significantly higher than those in controls (P〉 0. 05, P〈0. 05). And the serum levels of adiponectin in women with mild or severe group were significantly lower than those in controls. ②expression of placental levels of adiponectin in severe, group were lower than that in controls(P〈0. 01), and no statistical difference between controls and mild group(P〉0. 05). placental levels of TNF-α expressed in all preeclampsias were higher than that in controls(P〈0. 05 and P〈0. 01). ③There were negative correlation between adiponectin and TNF-α in severe preeclampsias(r= - 0. 512, P〈0. 05). In controls and mild group there were no correlations in those cytokines. Conclusion Adiponectin and TNF-α may contribute to the pathology of preeclampsia and adiponectin could be regulated by TNF-α.
