摘要
根据实际工作的体会，对城市总体规划中县（市）域城镇体系规划区域经济发展水平的评价、现状城镇化水平的估计、中心城区人口增长速度及经济的区域划分作了理论探讨和实际分析．
In the light of the practice,problems on the evaluation of the regional economic development level ,the increasing speed of urban center population and the economic region dividing are discussed theoretically and analyzed practically.
