摘要
介绍了利用CO2横流激光器,对KA系列转子轴颈的激光熔凝强化应用研究。用扫描电镜分析了硬化层及过渡层的组织形貌,用显微硬度计进行横截面的硬度测量,用摩擦磨损试验机对不同扫描间距试样进行了耐磨性测试,结果表明:在相同工艺参数下,扫描间距为12 mm的试样相对耐磨性最高。
The surface of the shafts of the KA serials screw compressors' main screws were strengthened by the laser surface remelting technique with a high-power transversal flow CO2 laser.The strengthening layers were characterized by SEM,microhardness test and sliding wear test.The results indicate that the wear property of the shaft was best when the distance between harding strips was 12 mm under the same laser remelting conditions.
