摘要
目的:观察肾气虚模型大鼠肾脏水通道蛋白2(AQP2)表达的情况。方法:将SD大鼠20只随机分为模型组和对照组,用RT-PCR方法检测肾脏AQP2mRNA的表达。结果:肾气虚模型大鼠肾脏AQP2mRNA的表达较对照组减少(P<0.01)。结论:肾气虚模型大鼠肾脏AQP2mRNA的表达减少,从而导致肾脏AQP2表达减少,引起尿量增多。本实验为中医学"肾主水"理论提供了实验依据。
Objective: To observe the effects of kidney aquaporin - 2 expression in kidney - Qi deficiency model rats. Method :Twenty healthy SD rats were divided into the model group and the control group at radom. The method of RT- PCR was used to observe the expression of aquaporin - 2 in kidney. Results : kidney AQP2mRNA expression in the kid- ney - Qi deficiency model rats is decreased to compare with the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : kidney - Qi deficiency model rats kidney AQP2mRNA expression is reduced, thus causes the kidney AQP2 expression to reduce, causes the urine quntantity to increase. This experiment has provided the experimental basis for the theory of "the kidney host water" of the traditional Chinese medicine.
