摘要
目的观察炎琥宁辅助治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效。方法将100例临床确诊的患儿随机均分为两组,对照组采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法,治疗组在此基础上加用炎琥宁静脉滴注。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为96.0%和80.0%(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论炎琥宁辅助治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Yanhuning Injection for mycoplasmal pneumonia in children （MPC） .Methods 100 patients of MPC were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=50） and the control group （n=50）, The treatment group received the combinative therapy of Yanhuning Injection and azithromycin, while the control group received the sequential therapy of only azithromycin. Results The effective rate was 96% and 83% in the treatment and control groups respectively （P 〈 0.05）. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was markedly better than that of the control group. Conclusion Yanhuning Injection has a good curative effect in treating MPC. This method is well worth spreading in clinical use.
