摘要
本文分析了我院下呼吸道感染患者病原体的构成。结果884例标本分离出796株病原菌,其中G-杆菌590株占76%,以大肠埃希氏菌,铜绿假单胞菌,肺炎克雷伯氏菌,不动杆菌占多数;G+球菌153林占17%,以金黄色葡萄球菌为主;真菌53株占7%以白色念珠菌为主。单一细菌感染322例(48%),混合感染414例(52%)。并分析了675株细菌对15种抗生素产生不同程度的耐药,且有交叉耐药现象,提亦临床应用引起重视。
This article has analyzed the pathogen constituents in the patients with lower respiratory tract infection in our hospital. The conclusions are that there are 796 strains of pathogenic bacteria in 884 specimens, includillg 590 strains of G - bacilli (76%). the main are Escherichiacoli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, klebsiella pneumolliae and Acinetobacter etc: incIuding 153 strains of G+ cocci (17%). the main are staphylococcus arureus;and in-cltlding 53 strains of fungi (7%),the main are candida albicans. 322 cases of infectioll are caused by single bacterial strain (48%) .and the other 414 cases are caused by mixed strains (52%). The authors also observe that 675 strains of bacteria have drug resistances With variant degrees to 15 kinds of antibiotics.some strains also have cross-resistance phenomena which should be given rise to high clinical attention.
