摘要
通过国内外相关文献综述,本文将信息管理人员能力需求分为5类,即技术能力、分析能力、人际影响能力、管理能力和信息能力,并在此基础上采用能力本位教育(CBE)模式构建了信息管理专业模块化课程体系。本文详细介绍了该课程体系的构成以及各个专业模块的设置,并提出了一种课程开发模型以适应课程修订的需要。
With a review of related literature, this article identifies and classifies the competency of information management and information system professionals into 5 categories: technical, analytical, communicative, managerial and informational. On this basis, a competency-based information management and information system curriculum is developed. The competency-based modular curriculum and a curriculum development model which can be used as a guide for curriculum revision are also described.
