摘要
社会认为应届大学生诚信度下降,处事能力弱,这是用人单位最看重的因素。大学生培养改革应重点强化素质教育,提高大学生的适应能力;通过建立诚信档案,强化德育教育,提高大学生诚信等级;通过鼓励思维的求异性发展,倡导情理相融,风趣幽雅的教学方法,提升大学生的领导职务创造能力。
The whole society thinks that this year＇ s graduates have less honesty and less ability of dealing with trouble. The companies which need employees show more interest in these two factors. The essential point of reform of the university students training should be strengthening quality education and improving their adapting themselves to circumstances. The universities should improve the students＇ honesty level by setting up honesty archives , strengthening moral education. The universities should also advance their advance their creativity by encouraging their seeking differences ,by promoting sentiment and reason melting together and showing humorous tearching methods.
