摘要
本文从半导体激光器改进的速率方程组出发,运用“协同学”中一些惯用的概念和方法,对半导体激光器中的跳模现象进行理论分析和讨论。得到若干与已发表文献有所不同的结果,它们有助于较清楚和较深刻地理解半导体激光器中的跳模机制。
Starting from the improved rate equations of semiconduc or laser, this paper adopts the concepts and methods conventionally used in 'SYNERGETICS' to treat the mode-hopping Phenomena in a semiconductor laser. This Paper gets a few results somewhat different from those reported formerly, These results may be helpful for the clearer and deeper understanding to mode-hopping mechanism in a semiconductor laser.
