杀虫双胺化工艺条件探讨

摘要 本文介绍了杀虫双胺化生产过程中的现状,从理论和生产实践中分析现有工艺存在的问题,提出了采用控制好原料配比及含量、降低副反应、采用间断法、强化搅拌和控制好工艺条件等相应的工艺改进措施及解决的方法,使胺化过程收率从85%提高到98%,而且使废水中二甲胺等的含量,从而提高了杀虫双生产的经济效益,保护了环境。 The present amination process of bisultap production was introduced. And some technical problems of the process were analyzed. The corresponding resolving measure and experience were put forward. Some disloving methods were applied such as material purity and material ratio control, by-product decreasing, discontinuity method, stirring etc. The yield of amination process were increased to 98% from 85%, and the dimethylamino ratio among the waste water were decreased. The results showed that the economic benefit of amination process were increased and the environment ware protected.
