摘要
以邻硝基苯酚为起始原料,研究了一步法合成邻乙酰氨基苯酚的工艺条件。结果表明选择冰醋酸作为反应溶剂、5%Pd/C作为加氢催化剂、醋酐作为酰化试剂,最佳工艺条件是醋酐与对硝基苯酚物质的量比例为1.3∶1,反应温度130℃,反应氢压0.9 MPa,反应时间是5 h。该工艺条件下邻乙酰氨基苯酚的收率达到85%,纯度≥99%,较两步法有明显提高。
The conditions of one-pot synthesis of o-Acetylaminophenol were studied. The results showed that the best conditions were 1.3:l(acetic anhydride:o-nitrophenol, tool), use of 5%Pd/C, 130℃, 0.9 MPa H2 pressure and 5 hours. Under these conditions the yield of o-Acetylaminophenol was over 85% and the purity was not less than 99%. It had more obvious advantages than conventional method.
