摘要 目的分析注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)患儿脑电图改变,探讨注意缺陷多动障碍患儿临床与脑电图改变的关系。方法总结分析56例注意缺陷多动障碍患儿临床和脑电图资料。结果56例患儿中,正常脑电9例(16.1%),边缘状态8例(14.3%),轻度异常36例(64.3%),中度异常3例(5.4%),有4例出现尖波发放。结论注意缺陷多动障碍患儿脑电图检查显示特异性及非特异性改变,可为临床诊断和鉴别诊断提供可靠依据。 Objective To study the relations of EEG and clinic characteristics of children with ADHD. Methods Clinical data and EEG findings were subjected to the comparison among 56 children with ADHD. Results Of the 56 cases,9 cases （16.1%） were identified with normal EEG,8 cases （14.3%） with marginal EEG,36 cases （64.3%） with slight abnormal EEG,3 cases （5.4%） with moderately abnormal EEG and 4 cases with spike waves. Conclusion Manifestation of specific and nonspecific abnormal EEG in patients with ADHD might be of important diagnosis and differential diagnosis value in children with ADHD.
