摘要
目的:从中西医两个角度探讨复发性面神经麻痹的病因,进而指导临床的防治。方法:回顾门诊诊治复发性面神经麻痹的患者发病病因,用表格形式对其复发病因、复发形式进行记录,总结重要病因。结果:复发性面神经麻痹在西医方面以面神经微循环障碍、病毒感染、家族遗传、肿块等为其主要病因。中医从症状上辨证包括正气不足,风邪中络;痰饮内伏,阻于脉络;肝气怫郁,脉络不和;久病致瘀,血阻脉络等病因。结论:临床应该增加对本病的认识,了解其复发病因,可对患者再次复发进行针对性预防。
Objective ： To investigate the etiology on the recurrent facial paralysis in both Chinese traditional medicine and the modern medicine and to make use in future guidance for its clinical prevention and cure. Methods ： Review the medical diagnosis and cured on the patients of recurrent facial paralysis, and examine its cause of attack ; made tables and record for its cause of recurrences and its form; then concluded its important etiology.Results ： In the modern medicine, the important causes for recurrent facial paralysis were disorder of microcirculation, viral infection, family heredity, or a tumor and so on, and its triggers were diabetes, hypertension, or the pregnancy and so on.In Chinese traditional medicine, the differentiation of symptoms and signs to find out cause of this disease in terms of symptoms includes ： in a base of deficiency of vital qi, a wind pathogen attacks on the collaterals ; hidden retention of phlegm and morbid fluid causes obstruction of meridians; impeded flow of liver-qi causes disharmony of meridians; or chronic illness causes blood stasis, and then causes obstruction of meridians and so on.Conclusion ： In clinical diagnosis and cure, recognition for the recurrent facial paralysis must be more deepen, and its recurrent causes must also be more understood, therefore the guidance of prevention on recurrent facial paralysis can be practiced for patients.
