摘要
目的了解湖北、河南两省肿瘤科护士现状及护理人员对肿瘤专科护士培养的意见,探索我国肿瘤专科护士培养模式。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对湖北、河南两省大、中城市4所三甲医院和3所肿瘤专科医院的151名肿瘤科护士进行调查。调查内容涉及被调查者职称、学历、工作时间、可以接受的肿瘤专科护士培养方式等方面。结果肿瘤科护士中,中级职称占44.7%,专科学历占58.3%;55.6%的人认为专科护士培训时间应定为周末,61.6%的人认为肿瘤专科护士应进一步细化专业并定专科培训,53.0%的人认为理论与实习课时比应小于11∶。结论结合湖北、河南两省肿瘤科护士现状及其对肿瘤专科护士培养的意见,建议尽快解决护士人员配备不足现状,且肿瘤专科护士培养对象应以专科学历、中级职称、肿瘤专科护理时间4～6年为起点。
Objective To explore the training mode for nurses of tumor specialty by investigating the present situations of nurses at oncology department and their opinions about the training of nurses of tumor specialty in Hubei and He＇nan Provinces.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to perform the investigation among 151 nurses from the oncology departments of 4 First-class Grade A hospitals and 3 cancer hospitals in Hubei and He＇nan provinces in respect of the subjects＇ professional title,education background,working years and training modes acceptable for them.Results 44.7% and 58.3% of the nurses from the oncology departments held a medium-level professional title and a diploma of senior collegiate education,respectively.55.6% of them thought the training time should be set at weekends.61.6% thought the nurses of oncology department should be trained according to the classification of medical specialties.53.0% thought the ratio between theoretical and practical studies should be smaller than 1∶1.Conclusion It is suggested to solve the problem of shortage of nurses for oncology departments.The threshold for training nurses for onco-logy departments should be at a diploma of a collegiate training,medium-level professional title and experience of 4-6 years clinical nursing practice in the oncological specialty.
