Research on the Career Development as Quality Teachers in Developed Countries

摘要 教师专业化建设是适应教育事业改革和发展的必然要求,教师专业化已成为国际教师职业发展的重要趋势,也是影响我国教育改革和发展的时代课题.发达国家高职教师专业发展在教师的准入制度、职后培训体系、职业保障制度以及"双师型"队伍建设等方面,做了很多尝试,并取得了一定的经验,颇值得我国高职院校学习和借鉴. The teacher's specialization construction is an inevitably request to adapt the education reform and the development the teacher specialization has become the important tendency of the international teacher occupation development, also the topic which affects our education reform and development. On teachrs's licence system, training system, occupation security system and the construction of "the double teachers", developed countries have made a lot of attempts, and obtained some experience, which is worthy of studying as model for our country.
