摘要
在块对角占优矩阵和广义块对角占优矩阵的概念的基础上，引入了块局部双对角占优矩阵的概念，应用矩阵分块方法，给出了判定分块矩阵为块广义对角占优矩阵的充分条件。
Based on the concept of block diagonally dominant and block generalized diagonally dominant, we give the definition of block locally double-diagonaUy dominant matrix, and by using the method of block matrices,some sufficient conditions for block generalized diagonally dominant matrix are given.
