摘要
现阶段,提高实验教学质量既要进行实验室基础设施的建设,更要注重思想、道德、行为规范建设。通过行为约束及实验环境因素的影响,促使学生进行思考以期达到思想的转变,真正认识到实验教学的目的。在实验技术人员中大力提倡爱岗敬业、教书育人,脚踏实地地工作,确立为人民服务的人生观。
At present, improving the quality of experimental teaching should lay emphasis on not only the construction of laboratory infrastructure, but also the construction of ideology, moral and norms of conduct. And it promotes students to think and finally changes students＇ ideological views through restricting for students＇ behaviors and the influence of experimental environment, and makes them have a full realization of the aim of experimental teaching. All the experiment technicians should advocate the spirit of cherishing posts, devote whole heartedly to work, work in a down- to earth way, and finally establish the outlook on life for serving the people.
