摘要
提出了一种新的煤矿风机智能人员管理和双机冗余远程监控方案,通过对风机管理人员设置不同的等级、操作权限、操作记录查询和追忆等功能,在一定程度上避免了操作人员的误操作和违规操作。并且该系统具有远程监控、报警和打印功能。该系统的成功研制和应用,实现了风机工作状态的全面管理和远程监控,对于保障煤矿安全生产和提高经济效益具有十分重要的意义。
Mine ventilators are one of the four fixed equipments of mine, scientific and normative ventilator manage system is the necessary to prove the safety production of mine. A new intelligent Manager Administer and dual - controllers Monitor system for ventilators was presented and developed in this paper. Different operating rank and right were designed according to different managers; the querying and reminding functions for operating register were designed, these will avoid the violating and improper manipulation of ventilator managers to some degree. The system has the functions of overweight controlling, Warning, printing and so on. The success developed and applied of this system realized the working conditions of ventilators remote monitored, also has important practical significance for guaranteeing production safety and improve economic benefits of mines.
