摘要 基于VC++环境,以MapX作为地图平台、以GPS数据为基础,通过坐标运算判定需要被监控的移动目标所在的云台摄像机,并将当前监控中心视频画面自动切换到该云台的追踪画面。整个平台将地图显示和视频监控相结合,实现了实时地图显示、实时视频追踪、轨迹回放等功能,使工作人员更直观有效地对港口船舶进行监控。 In the monitoring and control system for port, digital map monitoring and video monitoring make it more intuitionistic for people to detect objects. In this paper, MapX is used as the map development platform based on GPS data. Coordinates arithmetic judges the locomotive object in the area of which camera, and monitoring video is displayed in the system platform immediately. The system was developed by VC+ + programme language, and achieved the functions of real-time map display, video tracing and object contrail playback, and people can monitor and control watercrafts more directly and effectively.
