摘要
目的:探讨改良阴式手术治疗重度子宫脱垂的临床疗效。方法:选择我院68例重度子宫脱垂且伴阴道壁脱出的患者行改良阴式子宫切除术+阴道旁修补术。术后2a内定期随访。结果:手术时间缩短、术中失血量减少、术后病率、远期并发症如阴道脱垂等明显减少。术后随访平均1.5a,仅2例复发。主观治愈率100%,客观治愈率97.06%。结论:经过改良的阴式子宫切除术手术+阴道旁修补术手术时间短、术中失血少,能有效降低术后阴道顶端脱垂,是治疗重度子宫脱垂伴阴道壁脱垂的一种安全有效的方法。

After the technique makes a follow-up visit the average for 1.5 years,the only 2 examples recur. Subjectively curing rate 100%, objectively curing rate 97.06 %. Conclusion Patches the technique surgery time after nearby theimprovement cloudy womb excision method surgery ＋ vagina to be short, in the technique loses blood few, after can effectively reduce the technique the vagina peak to escape hangs, treats one security effective method which the specific weight Uterine prolapse partner vaginawall escapes hangs.
