摘要
介绍了28%吡虫·多悬浮种衣剂加工工艺,并对助剂进行了配方筛选,采用正交设计法,确定配方组成为15%吡虫啉、13%多菌灵、3.0%TX-6、2.0%明胶、0.5%海藻酸钠、5%乙二醇、1.0%农乳600#、3.0%高岭土、水补至100%,通过技术指标测定,各项指标均符合悬浮种衣剂的标准要求。
The formulation and preparation method of imidacloprid.carbendazim 28% FS for seed coating were introduced. The best formula was 15% imidacloprid, 13% carbendazim, 3.0% TX-6, 2.0% gelatin, 0.5% sodiumalginate, 5% ethanediol, 1.0% agricultural No.600, 3.0% kaolin, water to100%. Each technical property of imidacloprid.carbendazim 28% FS was accord with requirements of the standards about FS for seed coating formulation.
