摘要
目的探讨蜂胶治疗牙本质过敏症的作用机制及临床疗效。方法将1%、2%、3%蜂胶醇溶液及含氟涂膜分别涂抹于制备好的过敏牙本质标本,SEM观察筛选最佳蜂胶浓度,采用可视分级评价法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评价其治疗牙本质过敏症的临床疗效。结果3%蜂胶醇溶液能够完全封闭牙本质小管,并渗入小管内达到(44.88±0.63)μm;治疗牙本质过敏症4周(1次/周)后即刻、1个月、3个月有效率分别为95.65%、84.78%和82.61%。结论3%蜂胶醇溶液在治疗牙本质过敏症方面显示出良好的疗效,具有进一步研究的价值。
Objective To evaluate the effect of propolis alcoholic on dentin hypersensitivity by both SEM study and clinical application. Methods The prepared dentin specimens were vanished by 1 %, 2 %, 3 % propolis alcoholic and fluoride vanish respectively,then propolis at the best concentration was picked out by SEM. And the clinical effect of propolis on dentin hypersensitivity was evaluated by visual analogue scale（VAS）. Results 3.00% propolis alcoholic extract sealed dentinal tubules completely,and that entered into dentinal tubules to a certain depth[（ 44.88±0.63）μm]. And effective rate of 3% propolis alcoholic shortly after 4-week treatment （once a week） on dentin hypersensitivity was 95.65%,one month and three months after treatments were respectively 84.78% and 82. 61%. Conclusion 3% propolis alcoholic shows favorable clinical effect on dentine hypersensitivity, which has a value of being further studied in the treatment of dentin hypersensitivity.
