摘要
工程技术设计与工业设计是产品设计中的两个重要因素,由于它们的侧重点不同,出现一些不利于设计衔接的因素在所难免。通过对这些因素的分析,扩展完善了解决衔接问题的措施。在分析了目前大量的设计流程模型后,充分考虑了设计衔接问题以及两类设计人员各自发挥的作用,利用Petri网建立了工程技术设计与工业设计衔接的工作流程模型,以便对设计过程进行有效的协调、规划和管理,从而提高设计质量和效率。最后,通过一个实例来验证了这些应对措施和该流程模型的有效性和合理性。
Engineering design and industrial design are two important factors of modern product design, due to their different emphases, some conflicts of the design transition are inevitable. Through analyzing these conflicts, the measures of the design transition are expanded. Based on the analysis of the current design flow models ,giving full consideration on the design transition and the role each played by these two designers, a transition of these two design workflow models is established by Petri nets, in order to carry out effective coordination, planning, management and improving design quality and efficiency. Finally, an example is used to verify the validity and rationality of these measures and the work.flow model.
