摘要
当前新疆已初步形成以市场为导向的就业机制,但由于产业结构不合理,拉动就业有限,新疆少数民族大学毕业生就业率呈下降趋势,就业的结构性失衡问题日渐突出,致使就业形势依然严峻。本文对当前新疆的就业情况进行了分析预测,并提出了一些对策建议。
At present, Xinjiang has preliminarily formed a market -oriented employment mechanism. However, the employment situation remains serious. The irrational industrial structure limits the promotion of employment. And minority employment rate of university graduates shows a downward trend. As a result, the employment structural imbalance becomes increasingly prominent. The paper analyzes and forecasts the current employment situation in Xinjiang, and proposes a number of countermeasures.
