摘要
以染色废水的脱色及其循环利用研究为主要目的,使用以负载改性纳米TiO2的活性炭颗粒为填充电极的三维光电催化反应装置,对活性染料染色废水进行原位光电脱色处理,重点研究了活性炭用量、电压、pH值和无机盐对脱色反应的影响。将脱色后的染色废水回用于棉织物染色中,对染色织物的颜色特征进行了比较。结果表明:活性炭用量适中时,活性染料染色废水的脱色率达最好;pH为中性时对活性染料染色废水的脱色几乎无影响;氯化钠的添加则有利于脱色效果的改善;脱色后废水可以回用于织物的活性染料染色中。
In-situ photoelectron-catalytic decolouizing of reactive dyeing wastewater is carried out by a novel heterogeneous three-dimensional photoelectrocatalytic reactor in which isolated multilayer fixed-bed were filled with reactive carbon loaded modified nano-TiO_2.The discoloured wastewater is recycled to use in cotton dyeing and the colour characteristics of dyed fabrics are compared.
