摘要
根据加工中心使用环境中的电磁环境应力特性,主要从静电放电、快速瞬变、浪涌电磁骚扰三个方面入手,研究构建加工中心可靠性测试电磁环境应力仿真平台,为开展加工中心可靠性测试提供电磁环境应力模拟测试手段。
According to the characteristics of usage environment of machining center, this paper has mainly studied on the electromagnetic environment about electrostatic discharge, electrical fast transient/burst and surge immunity to machining center, and it has set up the simulation platform of electromagnetic environment stress for reliability testing of machining center. In addition, it has provided the simulation test means for electromagnetic environment stress and has carried out machining center reliability testing.
