摘要
针对壳程较高压的浮头盖密封设计存在的管程二次试压易泄漏的问题,提出了以GB 150的法兰设计方法为基础的另外四种可行处理方法,包括垫片选优法、重紧浮头螺柱时的螺柱面积控制法、密封焊法和压差控制,对几种方法的优点和不足进行了比较。在垫片曾经分别满足内压和外压单独作用的前提下,一般当壳程与管程的设计压力比达1.2时,常用的垫片已难以满足一次拧紧即可内压或外压反复试压的要求。
Four kinds measures have provided to prevent the leak of floating head cove when second time making pressure test in tube side after it had under higher pressure in shell side, which base on the design theory about flange according to standard GB 150, include gasket optimizing, second time bolt tightening, seal up welding and pressure difference controlling. Both strongpoint and shortcoming of all measures have compared. Generally speaking, the gasket can not meet the seal need that just several pressure cycles which under tube side and shell side separately when the rat of pressure in shell side with pressure in tube side has high equal to 1.2, although it had even successful subject the pressure test in shell side and in tube side for ones time.
