来曲唑用于氯米芬治疗失败的不孕症76例临床疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的评价来曲唑用于氯米芬治疗失败的不孕症的临床疗效。方法来曲唑和(或)联合人绝经促性腺激素(HMG)促排卵治疗失败的不孕症患者76例,经过来曲唑和(或)联合HMG治疗112个周期,记录优势卵泡发育率、排卵率、周期妊娠率,对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)组39例和非PCOS组37例进行对比分析。结果来曲唑促排卵治疗112个周期中107个周期有优势卵泡发育(95.53%),97个周期有排卵(90.65%),19例临床妊娠(19.58%),对不同原因失败的患者均有效。经来曲唑治疗后PCOS组和非PCOS组妊娠率无统计学差异(P>0.05),非PCOS组单用来曲唑优势卵泡发育率高于PCOS组(92.15%vs.67.85%,P<0.05)。结论来曲唑对氯米芬治疗失败的不孕症患者有显著疗效,部分PCOS患者接受来曲唑治疗需联合HMG。
