摘要
在对滚筒体进行受力分析的基础上,建立了滚筒体的力学模型和弯矩方程,根据材料力学和弹性理论,导出了滚筒的接盘间距与滚筒体弯矩和滚筒轴弯矩之间的关系。从减小滚筒体和滚筒轴弯矩的角度进行分析,得出接盘间距存在一个使滚筒重量最小的最佳值的重要结论,为合理确定滚筒体和滚筒轴的几何尺寸提供了依据。
The mechanical model and bending moment equations of driving drum are established by means of analyzing the thing of acted forces. The bending moment functions of the drum and the drum shaft so related to dimension of the discs are diverted to combine mechanics of materials with theory of elasticity, It is known that there is practical value of dimensions between the discs from point of view of decreasing the bending moment of drum and drum shaft and it makes the weight of the drum become minimum.
