摘要
公立医院产权制度改革是卫生改革中值得探索的路径之一,在公立医院产权改革的过程中应最大程度地体现公益与效率的平衡与协调。以现代产权理论为依据,以江苏省宿迁市公立医院产权改革为案例,提出了公益性视角下公立医院产权制度改革过程的监控机制。
The reform of property rights system in public hospitals is one of the worthwhile approaches adopted to carry out health reform. The balance of public interest and efficiency should be considered to the greatest degree in the process of the reform of property rights in public hospitals. Based on the theory of modern property rights and the case study of Suqian city, the monitoring mechanism has been proposed in this article in the reform of property rights in public hospitals.
