摘要
深孔加工是一种封闭式或半封闭式状态下的加工,其加工过程很不稳定,存在着很多不利的因素,影响着加工过程,因此,对深孔加工过程中实时检测的研究显得尤为重要。通过对深孔加工过程进行一定的实时检测,识别加工过程中的异常状况,并对出现的状况做出相应的调整,可以有效地保证加工质量。文中介绍了超声波低频干耦合检测的基本原理及其在深孔加工过程中实时检测的应用。
The deep hole proeessing is win'king in a state uf close or semi-close, its course is unstable. There are lots of adverse factors which affect the course. So it is very important to do more research of the real-time detection for deep holes processing. Based on that. this paper distinguishes from the abnormal status in the processing, then adjusts the machine aim at arisen state. In this wise the processing quality can be ensured effectively. This article summarizes the basic principle of ultrasonic, low-frequency dry coupling detection, and applies to the real-time detection of deep holes processing.
