Glyde凝胶在乳磨牙根管预备中的作用

摘要 目的通过根管充填程度来评价Glyde凝胶在乳磨牙根管预备中的效用。方法患儿37人,患牙39颗,根管115只,按上下颌随机分成两组,Glyde组:用Glyde凝胶配合常规根管预备,共57只根管;对照组:只用常规根管预备,共58只根管。根管充填后X片检查,观察充填程度。结果适填:Glyde组33只根管(57.9%),对照组10只根管(17.2%);欠填:Glyde组7只根管(12.3%),对照组32只根管(55.2%);超填:Glyde组15只根管(26.3%),对照组14只根管(24.1%)。两组X2检验有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论Glyde凝胶在乳磨牙根管预备中,能有效协助扩大狭窄弯曲根管,为满意的根管充填创造良好条件。 Objective To evaluate the role of Glyde gel in primary molars canal preparation according to the extent of root filling marerials. Methods 37 patients (39 teeth involved, 115 root canals) were divided into to two groups at random. 57 root canals were treated with Glyde gel with regular root canal preparation as Glyde group. 58 root canals were treated only with regular root canal preparation as controlled group. X-ray scans were taken after the canals were filled. Results Flush fill:Glyde group 33 root canals (57.9%), controlled group 10 root canals (17.2%);Under-fill-Glyde group 7 root canals (12.3%),controlled group 32 root canals (55.2%);Over fill: Glyde group 15 root canals (26.3%),controlled group 14 root canals (24.1%). There was a significant difference between the two groups according to X2test (P〈0.05). Condusion Glyde gel is effective to enlarging the root canal which is narrow and tortuous during primary molars canal preparation. It may help to fulfill the root canals.
