摘要
采用正交设计法对研磨法制备维生素Eβ-环糊精包合物工艺中的维生素E与β-环糊精的比例、研磨时间、介质用量进行研究、筛选出最佳包合工艺．包合物经差示热分析证实．
The optimum conditions of prepering inchision complex of Vitamin E with βcyclodextrin using milling method were,tudied by orthogonal design.Some factors,the proportion of Vitamin E and β-Cyclodextrin, the milling time and amount of vehicle, were studied. The results of differential scanning calorimetry showed that the quality of the prepared inclusion com plex was reliable.
