摘要
介绍了壳聚糖碘膜制剂的制备方法及其影响因素。通过物理化学方法，研究了壳聚糖碘结构，实验结果表明，壳聚糖吸附碘量受浸渍液中碘浓度，乙醇浓度和浸渍时间的影响。壳聚糖吸附碘后，壳聚糖和碘间发生了结构变化，生成了壳聚糖碘无定型复合物。
A repering methods of the chitosan-iodine preparation and influencing factors of adsorption amount of lodine on the chitosan were introduced. The structure of chitosan-iodine was studied by phyaic-chemical methods. The results showed that the adsorption amount of iodine on the chitosan was affected by the i0dine concentration, ethanol amount and immersing time in the fodinc-ethanol solution.The structure between the chitosan and lodine molecules caused changes and produced chitosan-todine amorphous complexes.
