摘要
目的:通过调查门诊处方不合理用药情况,促进和提高门诊合理用药水平。方法:随机抽查我院2006年1～6月门诊西药处方9762张,了解我院不合理用药情况,对处方中重复用药、联用增大毒性、联用降低药效、溶媒不合理及选药不合理、用法、用量、疗程不合理等情况进行全面调查。结果:不合理用药处方273张,占抽查处方总数的2.8%。其中重复用药的51张,占不合理用药处方的18.7%;联用增大毒性36张,占13.2%;降低疗效的33张;占12.1%;溶媒不合理的35张,占12.8%;选药不合理的31张,占11.4%;用法、用量、疗程不合理的87张,占31.8%。结论:我院门诊用药基本合理,但仍存在一定问题,同时临床医师与药师需共同加强药学知识的学习。
OBJECTIVE：To improve the level of rational drug use in out - patient by investigate the situation of irrational drug ues in out - patient. METHODS：9 762 prescriptions randornlu selected from January to June, 2004 in our hospitalwere investigated stochastically, in order to understand the situation of the irrational drug use and repeating medication in prescriptions, increaseing the toxicity combined use of durgs, reduce the pharulacodynamics combined use of drugs, irrational slovent, durg unreasonable election, unreasonable usage, unreasonable dosage, unreasonable treatment and so on. RESULTS： 273 prescriptions is unreasonable, accounting for 2.8% of the whole prescriptions. 51 prescriptions repeated medication, accounting for 18.7 % of the whole unreasonable prescriptions. 36（ 13.2 % ） prescriptions increased the toxicity combined use of drugs. 33 （ 12.1% ） prescriptions reduce the pharulacodynamics combined use of drugs. 35 （ 12.8% ） prescriptions were rirrational sloven. 31 （ 11.4 % ） prescriptions were durg unreasonable election. 87 （31.8 % ） prescriptions werenreasonable usage, unreasonable dosage and unreasonable treatment. CONCLUSION： The application of our - patient drug in our hosptial rationable the whole, while it still exist some problems. In the sametime, clincian and pharmacist need to study the pharmacy knowdege.
