摘要
目的:考查军队医疗机构医院制剂的使用情况,评价医院制剂对节约药品经费的作用和意义。方法:提取样本医院2005年7月1日～2006年6月30日期间患者的用药资料,分析比较医院制剂与上市商品药物的价格差异及其对药品经费的影响。结果:医院制剂的价格平均只有相同市售药品的62%,全年为医院节约药品经费614.4万元。除节约经费外,医院制剂还为临床提供了38种市场无法有效供应的药品。结论:合理使用制剂可有效缓解军队医疗机构药品经费投入不足的状况。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the utilization of hospital preparations and evaluate the effect on saving medical outlay in military hospitals. METHODS ： Statistics of hospital preparations were collected during 1st July,2005 to 30th June, 2006. Price of hospital preparations were compared with commercial formulations. The effect on drug cost due to differences in drug price was also evaluated. RESULTS： The total value of 6. 144 million Yuan savings had to be credited to hospital preparations during the studied period because of their lower drug price, which was only 62% of similar commercial formulations on the whole. The department of hospital preparation also provided 38 formulations which couldn＇ t be supplied by market effectively. CONCLUSIONS ： The problem of lacking enough budget in military medical institutions could be partly solved by using hospital prearation correctly.
