摘要
对石油库、加油站在成品油配送环节中的库存控制和时间窗问题进行了探讨,对成品油罐容进行了功能划分,同时结合实际提出了解决相关问题的方案,以保证在供应不断档的情况下力求物流费用最小。
Time window and inventory control over refined oil distribution are discussed. Combined with function partition of tank volume and actual situation, solutions are introduced to guarantee unioterruptible supply with least logistics cost.
