摘要
以聚合硅酸铝铁(PSAF)为絮凝剂处理生活污水.考查了絮凝剂的加入量、水样酸度及无机离子等因素对絮凝效果的影响.结果表明:在pH值为6-8,每100mL污水中PSAF加入量为0.40mL(SiO2的浓度为0.05mol.L-1),PSAF中Al/Fe/Si摩尔比为1∶1∶1,Ca+Mg+Zn(M)与SiO2摩尔比为0.3∶1,碱度为0.8时絮凝效果最佳,CODCr去除率可达89%左右,其絮凝性能明显优于硫酸铝、氯化铁.
PSAF flocculant is used to treat domestic sewage. The author has examined the influence of content of flocculant, water sample acidity and inorganic ions upon the effect of flocculant. The experiment results are the following: when PH value is 6-8, the content of PSAF in the sewage is 0.40ml (the concentration of SiO2 is 0.05mol · L^-1 ), Al/ Fe/Si molar ratio in PSAF is 1:1:1, Ca+Mg+Zn(M) and SiO2 molar ratio is 0.3:1, and the alkalinity is 0.8, the flocculant effect is the best, the removal rate of CODCr is about 89%, and the flocculating property is better than aluminum sulfate and ferric chloride.
