摘要
为了帮助武汉企业较全面地了解自己服装产品在消费者心目中的地位,客观地发现自己产品的优劣势,该论文对武汉服装品牌的消费者进行了调查和统计。针对服装销售的产品特点,对消费者的调查内容进行了合理设计。在初步统计的基础上,了解了不同比例的消费者对服装品位、购物环境、面料种类、武汉品牌等的喜好程度,进一步对数据进行模糊综和评判,从而科学客观地了解了消费者对武汉品牌服装的整体评价,有利于企业掌握正确的发展方向。
This thesis did survey and statistician to consumers on WuHan's costume brands, in order to help enterprise to understand themselves products degree in consumer's heart and find objectively merits and demerits. Facing the product characteristics, the content of consumer survey was designed rationally. In the initial statistics basis, the like degree of consumers was understood on costume qualityl shopping environment, cloth sorts, WuHan brand, and so on. The data was also comprehensibly judged by fuzzy mathematics. So the whole judging was scenically and objectively knew. This can help enterprise to grasp right orient of development.
