应用圆形分布法分析濮阳市1984~1995年14种法定传染病的季节性分布 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨圆形分布中集中的测度r值与我市各种法定传染病季节性之间的关系。方法:根据各种法定传染病每月发病数计算圆形分布中集中的测度r值,分析其与各种法定病季节性之间的关系。并用百分构成显示的季节性进行核实。结果:①r值大于0.9者,有严格季节性;0.7~0.9者,有很强季节性;0.5~0.7者,有较强季节性;0.3~0.5者,有一定季节性;0.3以下者,季节性不明显。②百分比构成显示的季节性与r值相一致。③r值可进一步推算各病季节性高峰日及高峰期,该日期与实际情况基本相符。结论:圆形分布指标简明,且不受样本大小影响。既能反映各病季节性,还能推算其季节性高峰日期,值得推广应用。 Objective:The aim of this article was to discuss the relation between distrete index r value in circular distribution and seasonality of the respective legal infections disease (LID) in Puyang city.Methods:We calculated the r values through counting monthly incidence of LID analyzed the relations of r value to seasonality of respective LID,then checked it with seasonality demonstrated by percentile.Results:①There was strict seasonality in distribution of LID when r value was more than 0.9.There was much notable seasonality when r value was 0.7~0.9.There was notable seasonality when r value was 0.5~0.7 .There was certian seasonality when r value was 0.3~0.5.There was no seasonality when r value was less than 0.3 .② r value was in accordance with percentile in seasonality.③ r value can be used to deduce the peak day and peak period of seasonality of LID.Which accorded with fact basically.Conclusion:Circular distribution index is simple and clear.It is not affected by sample capacity.It can not only reflect the seasonality of LID,but also deduce the peak day and peak period of seasonality.It deserveas to be popularized.
