摘要
目的：进一步探讨中西医结合治疗小儿难治性肾病的疗效。方法：针对５０例小儿难治性肾病患者的病情，调整激素和环磷酰胺的剂量及疗程，结合中医辨证施治，重用活血化瘀药物。结果：远期疗效评价：５０例中缓解３２例，部分缓解１５例，未缓解３例。结论：根据难治性肾病患儿的病情，及时调整激素及环磷酰胺的应用方案，重视中医辨证施治，中西医结合是治疗小儿难治性肾病的有效方法。
Objective:To research further therapeutic effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on refractory nephropathy in children.Methods:The dosage and course of treatment of hormone and cyclophosphamide were regulated combined with the diagnosis and treatment based overall analysis of symptoms and signs of 50 cases according to the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine,with more medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Results:Evaluating the longterm followup results of 50 cases:remission for 32 cases,partial remission for 15 cases,inefficacy for 3 cases.Conclusions:The application scheme of hormone and cyclophosphamide should adjust in time according to the condition of the children with refractory nephropathy and lay stress on the based overall analysis of symptoms and signs according to the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine.The important way for treating the refractory nephrospathy in children is integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine.
