摘要
目的探讨老年腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)患者的病理生理特点和围手术期的护理方法。方法对我院70例老年胆囊疾病患者行LC,并采取相应的围手术期护理方法。结果所有患者均成功地施行了LC,无死亡病例,4例中转开腹手术。术后均恢复良好,腹部伤口一期愈合,1例出现心房颤动,1例出现肺部感染,无护理并发症,术后3～7d痊愈出院。结论重视围手术期护理,采用合理的护理措施,对老年患者行LC是安全可行的。
Objective To explore pathophysiological features and perioperative care of laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC） of the elderly patients. Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with gallbladder disease in our hospital were performed LC, and appropriate perioperative care was adopted. Results All cases of LC were successfully performed, with no intra- or postoperative deaths, in 4 cases intra - operative mediation to open surgery was decided. All the patients recovered well with wound healing （I grade） of the abdominal wall. But 1 patient experienced atrial fibrillation, and 1 patient showed pulmonary infection. No nursing complication was noted, and all patients were cured in 3 to 7 days after surgery. Conclusion Pay attention to perioperative care and use reasonable nursing measures, it is safe and feasible to use LC in the elderly patients with gallbladder disease.
