摘要
阐明了基于KBE的船用柴油机复杂零件数控编程系统开发的企业需求背景、目标和特征、开发环境和开发工具;在简单介绍系统功能模块组成和开发流程的基础上,阐述了系统各模块的设计思想,重点分析了船用柴油机复杂零件数控加工工艺和数控编程知识模板的设计技术,给出了基于KBE的船用柴油机复杂零件数控编程系统的实现技术.为KBE与CAD/CAM的集成、KBE系统的关键技术研究提供了新的思路和方法,研究工作对促进数控编程的智能化具有重要的理论意义与实用价值.
The requirement background of enterprises, targets, characteristics, developing environment and developing tools in development of NC programming system based on KBE for complex components were clarified. After briefly introducing function modules and developing flow, design thought of each module is stated. NC machining operation for complex components of marine diesel engines and design technologies of knowledge templates are stressed Realizing technologies of NC programming system based on KBE for complex components of marine diesel engines are given. It has provided new thoughts and techniques for the research of integration of KBE and CAD/CAM and the key technologies of KBE system. The research work has importantly theoretic meaning and practical value in promoting the intelligence of CNC programming.
