长轴类锻件开式模锻变形力的上限解

The Upper Bound Deforming Force for The Straight-Axis Forged Pieces with Die Forging

摘要 本文根据上限定理,用数值计算和最优化方法电算搜索使外力功率取最好上限值的待定参数,确定模锻变形区几何形状和变形区内金属质点流动速度场。从而计算出模锻变形力。其值与滑移线法结论比较接近。 The upper bound solution about die forging of straight-axis forged pieces is given in the paper. Based on upper bound theory, the numerical calculation and optimizing process were done by computer, searching for the parameters to be settled, which makes the total energy rate reach the minimun. and deciding the geometrical shape of deformation zone as well as the admissible velocity field of metal flow while forging. Die forging force was calculated, and later, the numerically calculated results were obtained by using the field. The results from theoretical calculation on upper bound theory are closer to those dased on slipline theory.
