摘要
1997年7月～2000年8月，麻栗坡县猛硐乡某村役用水牛发生不明病因的猝死，先后死亡74头，我们对该起猝死症进行了流行病学调查、毒物分析、临床症状观察和病理剖检、病原微生物诊断，结果确诊该村发生的水牛猝死症是由简达气单胞菌和拉氏普罗威登斯菌混合感染引起。采取综合防治后，疫情得到控制。
There were 74 buffalo＇s unknown etiology sudden deaths in some rural area of Malipo country from July of 1997 to Aug of 2000. By epidemic investigation, toxicity analysis, clinical diagnosis, pathologic dissection and microorganism assay, the result show the sudden death is ascribed to complicated infection of aermonas jandaei and providencia rustigianii. This epidemic was under the control after adopted the integrate prevention and treat measures.
