摘要
本文对带孔拉延进行了变形趋向理论分析,得出了带孔拉延时孔不变形的边界计算数学模型,并对此进行了试验研究。作者认为本文得到的结果可以供实际生产参考。
This paper deals with theoretical analysis of deformation tendency on most common plate drawing with hole in the combained forming of poly process. The mathematical model of non-deformable bonndary calculation for plate drawing with hole has been obtained and the experimental researth has been made for it. The results obtained in the paper may provide reference information for practical production.
