摘要
采用凝胶成型法制备多孔氧化锆(ZrO2)支架,通过改变循环次数实现了对孔隙率的可控,使其保持在91%~45%之间,并且每循环一次,孔隙率稳定下降4~5%。在多孔ZrO2的表面涂覆羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层。为了防止HA和ZrO2之间的化学反应,中间涂覆了氟磷灰石(FA)层。XRD表明加了FA层作为中间层以后,没有发现反应发生。体视显微照片表明在HA/FA和FA/ZrO2两个界面上没有出现分层和裂纹,层与层之间结合紧密。
A novel technique that integrates the gel-casting technique with polymer sponge method to prepare ZrO2 porous scaffolds with controllable porosity(91%-45%)was reported.The pore morphology,,size,and distribution of the scaffolds were characterized using an electron microscope.Porous ZrO2 was chosen as a framework for load-bearing and the HA was used as an outer coating layer to enhance the biocompatibility.To prevent the chemical reactions between ZrOz and HA,an intermediate fluorapatite(FA)layer was introduced.The coated HA/FA layer was firmly adhered to the ZrO2 body.
