摘要
文中采用CT(Compact Tension)试样对MDYB-3有机玻璃在-50℃~90℃范围内进行了裂纹扩展试验研究。基于金属裂纹扩展公式,结合有机玻璃疲劳裂纹扩展特性,得到了描述有机玻璃裂纹扩展行为的公式。将其与有机玻璃在不同温度下的试验结果对比,发现得到的公式能够较完整地描述有机玻璃疲劳裂纹在各个阶段的扩展行为。
In the present study, fatigue crack growth test of PMMA (MDYB-3) was carried out with the temperature range from -50℃ to 90℃ and at frequency 1 Hz by the compact tension sample. Based on the fatigue crack propagation rates of metal, the fatigue crack propagation rates of PMMA were been put forward by considering the fatigue behavior of PMMA. The following experimental results under different temperatures show that the formula can be well used to describe the fatigue crack propagation behavior of PMMA at every stage.
