摘要
在西方,商品博览会是资本主义经济、尤其是世界市场体系发展到一定程度的自然产物,其中国家政权的作用居于次要的地位。而在中国,商品博览会的举办虽然不可能没有起码的现代工商业基础,但强烈的救亡意识、振兴工商的超经济目的,使政府的倡导和参与作用显得尤为突出和重要。甚至可以说,如果没有政府的直接介入,中国的商品赛会将难以举办。这正是外源型现代化模式特征的反映。
In western countries,commodity fair naturally emerges when capitalism,especially the system of market economy develops and reachs to a certain extent.And the role of government is of less importance.But in modern China,government played a more important role than that in western world not only because of a strong responsible sense of salvation but also the purpose of revitalizing industry and commerce which is beyond economy development.By analyzing governmental activities in exposition career,the article concludes that such phenomena was a reasonable reflection of a model of modernization from without.
