摘要
胶韧革菌Gloeostereumincarnatum发酵产物对人体六种细菌具有较强的抑制作用,已做过报道.采用编号为8903菌株对该菌株的最适深层培养条件进行了研究,测定和比较了菌丝和胶韧革菌素的产量.初步试验结果表明,较适宜的条件是(1)培养基:葡萄糖3%、蛋白股0.2%、黄豆饼粉1%、维生素B10.001%、pH6(消前),(2)温度:27℃~28℃,(3)时间约200h(4)每分通气量:30%~50%,(5)搅拌速度:120r/min.当pH值降至4左右,还原糖约1%,氨基氮在20%或更低,约8d可终止发酵.在此条件下,培养液中胶韧革菌素产量可达2.5~3g/L.
It was reported in otir Previous paper that the fermented products fromGloeostereum incarnatum stfongly inhibit the growth of six kinds of bacteria in human bodies. In this paper the appropriated conditions of immersing culture for the strain 8 903 ofGloeostereum incarnatum was analysed. And the output of the hypha and fermentativeproduct was determined or compared. The prelimenaryrestilts showed that the appropriatedconditions for the growth of Gloeostereum incarnatum are: (1 )culture mediurn: gluare 3 %;protein peoptne 0. 2%; soybeancake power 1%; yeast power 0. 3%; KH2PO4 0. 05%;MgSO4 0. 03%; CaCO3 0. 01 %; vitamin B1 0. 001 %; befor sterilization pH Value of sixshould be maintained; (2) temperature: 27 ℃ ~28℃; (3) time: about 200 hours; (4) ventilation: (30% ~ 50% )/min. The sigh of the end culture are: pH coming down about 4;remnant gluase less 1 %; amino nitrogens about 20%; time about eight days. In the aforementioned conditions, the output of fermentative product achieve to 2. 5 ~ 3 g/L.
